New option to create a refund request

We have added a section on the order's page where you can create a refund request. In case any problem with your order whether you get some drops on likes/subscribers count or any other unexpected behaviour you can ask our moderator to check your order with just one click. Also in this block you will see a full refund history for specific order. 

This option is available for all task types besides group followers on  VK.com as there is an automated check that can check every followers independently.
